Standr Pass

Eligibility: Standr Passes may be redeemed exclusively for Standr services and cannot be used for retail products or third-party services.

Validity: All passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Any unused balance will automatically expire at the end of the validity period.

Balance Rollover: Remaining balances will roll over when recharging a pass within the validity period.

Payment: If a service exceeds the available pass balance, the difference may be paid via cash or credit/debit card.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where permitted, certain deductions may apply for services already rendered or administrative fees.

Bonus Credit: Any complimentary or promotional bonus credit included with a pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Bonus credit is not eligible for refund.
